The man behind GlossyFX - Doug Hall
Doug Hall is a photographer and designer based in Newcastle, Australia who specialises in wedding, portrait and event photography as well as creating clean, compliant and affordable web sites for the small business client.In 2000, Doug discovered a passion for photography which, over the years, has blossomed into a full time obsession. In 2008, at the encouragement of his girlfriend, Doug officially founded GlossyFX. Since then, business has snowballed. In September 2009, the hobby and obsession become profession as Doug turned to fulltime photography and digital design. Doug has taken the leap of faith, believing in the newly found personal direction of enjoying life. A belief he has transferand now through to his profession

Believing not only in talent, but wanting the education finesse to be the best, Doug sought out further education through the Hunter School of photography.
Doug's education as a computer engineer, combined with over a decade of experience in software development has proven to be a valiable tool in developing web based solutions for clients. We are also able to add the creative touch required to produce products and solutions to help clients stand out.

The rest of the team are all sub-contractors at the moment to ensure we can meet the changing needs of our clients. They range from web experts, IT specalists, through to other photographers and designers.
